How do I run a search?
Connect Rémi to ChatGPT, approve permission to start jobs, and describe your offer, target business, territory, and number of leads. Your dashboard shows the resulting jobs.
Why is my score low or missing?
Directory evidence alone usually earns an insufficient-evidence label. Missing or expired supporting evidence makes a score unavailable. A score is a research priority, not proof of buying intent.
What does website research cover?
When policy permits and the site is reachable, Rémi checks the title of a listed HTTPS business homepage. It does not yet provide a complete website audit or deep enrichment.
Why can’t I search with OpenAI credits?
Rémi uses its own test-credit wallet. OpenAI credits do not fund Rémi jobs. Your credits and recorded reservations, settlements, and releases appear in Credits & usage.
How do I disconnect ChatGPT?
Open Connections in your Rémi account and choose Revoke access. Confirm the action. You can connect again later.
How do I request my data or delete my account?
Email remisupport@yfc.works. Requests are handled manually in the beta. See the privacy notice for the approved data-request and retention details.
